Carmen Kompatscher

Carmen Kompatscher is a Growth Manager, part of the EMEA Growth, Strategy & Marketing team at Fluence. She is responsible for business and market intelligence, contributing to the company’s growth and market development.

In her current role, Carmen is responsible for driving Fluence’s growth strategy in the Nordic-Baltic region and Italy, as well as business intelligence. Carmen has over four years of experience in the renewable energy business, previously working in Product Management and Marketing in the battery storage and solar inverter industry.

Carmen holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Hamburg, and a Master’s in International Management from the University of Applied Sciences Constance.
