Anna Siwkowska

Anna Siwkowska is an attorney-at-law who has specialized for more than a decade in providing legal advice to the energy sector, with a particular focus on renewable energy sources (RES). She supports investors, developers and energy companies in implementing projects such as wind farms, photovoltaic farms, energy storage facilities, biogas plants and biomethane plants.

She provides legal guidance at every stage of investment – from conceptualization, permitting and administrative processes to project acquisition, construction and operation. Anna has extensive experience in conducting due diligence for RES projects, structuring investment transactions and negotiating key agreements, including land leases, joint ventures, EPCs and O&M contracts.

She also shares her expertise through numerous publications, including the books “Przedsięwzięcia OZE. Aspekty Prawne” (“Renewable Energy Projects. Legal Aspects”, 2025) and “Proces inwestycyjno-budowlany dla instalacji OZE” (“Development and Building Process for RES Installations”, 2019 and 2023).
