Adam Kościelniak

Adam Koscielniak is one of the most experienced financial and transactional advisors in Poland in the area of renewable energy. He is the founder and managing partner of A-RES, the first Polish boutique specializing in financial and transactional advisory for renewables and energy transition, as well as a board member and co-founder of Rinno Power, Polish cPPA platform.

He has many years of experience in professional advisory, which he gained at international “Big 4” consulting firms. He has supported clients in the areas of M&A transactions, raising bank financing, business valuations and building financial models. He advised on transactions involving the acquisition and financing of PV and wind farms amounting to more than PLN 4 billion and a total capacity of more than 1 GW. He took part in the projects in multiple geographies: not only Poland, but also Central and Eastern Europe, as well as Central Asia.

Prior to founding A-RES, he was a Deputy Director in a Big4 consultancy, in the team specializing in renewable energy and infrastructure investments.
