Regulatory Director for Alseva Poland and vice-president of the Polish Wind Energy Association – the largest organization supporting the development of renewables in CEE with over 200 members. Lawyer and energy expert with many years of experience in regulatory policy, strategy planning and negotiations. Between 2018 and 2020 he was managing the European energy policy team at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and then the energy policy department at the Polish Prime Minister’s Office. In 2020 he joined EDP as Head of Regulations and later moved to RWE where he was supervising regulatory and public affairs.
