Dragoș Ștefan Roibu

Eng. Dragoș Ștefan Roibu, Chief of Staff at the Romanian Ministry of Energy and Director at Electrica Furnizare SA (the largest energy provider in Romania), has over 15 years of experience in management poitions in the energy sector, especially in EPC. Previously, he founded and led several companies in the electrical enginnering field, and held the position of CEO of Teletrans, the company responsible for the TSO’s SCADA and cyber security operations. He is also a founding member of the CAESAR Foundation, a global network of experts in public policies. He holds a BA in electrical engineering, a double masters degree in electrical engineering and economics and currently pursues his Ph.D in Economics.
