Gabriel Gorbačevski is a passionate energy expert who currently advises the Prime Minister of Lithuania on energy matters. With a rich background as Lithuania’s energy attaché at the embassy in Poland, Gabriel has played a key role in coordinating energy infrastructure projects between Lithuania and Poland, fostering strong international energy relations. He is dedicated to shaping strategic energy initiatives and advancing Lithuania’s sustainable energy future.
Gabriel holds an MA degree in Global Business, Finance, and Governance from the Warsaw School of Economics. He has also completed postgraduate studies in Offshore Wind Energy at Gdansk Tech University.
