He has significant experience implementing European legislation in Ukraine via the development of laws, procedures and instructions. He developed draft laws (electricity, RES, state aid) and other legal acts in the energy sector in line with Ukraine–European Union Association Agreement, managed teams for the development of regulations for unbundling, market rules, metering, distribution. Also he led the project on regulatory support for the introduction of hydrogen generation, the project on regulatory support for introduction the first Ukrainian Energy Storage System, the project for development the Ukrainian generation capacity remuneration mechanism ets.

Successfully completed projects confirm good project management and teamwork skills.

Now as a part of regulatory body he is responsible for electricity market monitoring, modeling physics and finance balance of electricity market, assessment and forecasting consequences of regulatory changes, future development of market rules.
