Matthieu Mollard

Matthieu Mollard has over 15 years of consulting experience in the energy market and leads AFRY Management Consulting offerings for Poland and Belgium. Having started out advising on CCGTs/CHPs, he also now advises on all types of renewables including solar, wind, storage, heat, waste and electrolysers for major utilities, integrated energy companies, developers and financial investors. Supported by a team of colleagues in Oxford and Warsaw, his work often pivots around the need for insight on the Polish (and Belgian) energy market, building on AFRY’s price projections for these countries (and surrounding markets) which covers all commodities including electricity, gas, coal, carbon, hydrogen, ancillary markets and certificates. Using these and his in-depth knowledge of the Polish and Belgian energy markets, he is able to offer key insights and consultancy advice for transactions, policies, market entry, company strategies, asset developments and PPAs.
